Conquest of the Goddess is a full color sequential story that combines fantasy, pinup art, and stream of consciousness writing to create a unique and beautiful picture book. The artist, Tim Sparvero, is a lover of fighting games, 1970s sword and sorcery comics, Heavy Metal Magazine and Japanese battle card games such as Queens Blade: The Duel. All of these aspects influenced his creation of this fantasy book.
